Accountabilities
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of customer deployment projects, including phased implementation plans and milestone tracking
- Coordinate internal teams, external vendors, and customer stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of all services
- Oversee installation activities across systems such as access control, CCTV, intrusion, fire alarm, network, VOIP, and audio solutions
- Manage project schedules, resources, labor, materials, and permitting requirements to meet delivery timelines
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers, providing regular updates on progress, risks, and milestones
- Facilitate meetings and coordination calls with internal teams and customers to ensure alignment and issue resolution
- Identify process inefficiencies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage multiple concurrent projects while ensuring quality, timeliness, and customer satisfaction
- Provide customer training and support during and after deployment as needed
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management or coordination within low-voltage, electronic security, or telecom industries
- Strong understanding of telecom, networking, and integrated systems terminology
- Proven experience managing complex, multi-site or multi-system deployment projects
- Proficiency with Smartsheet at an intermediate to advanced level
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure in fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and customer-facing skills
- Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to overcome project obstacles independently
- Formal project management training or certification is a plus but not required
