Accountabilities:
- Meet weekly production quotas with the opportunity to earn performance bonuses
- Utilize specialized software to review medical records and draft detailed, compelling demand letters
- Organize and summarize treatment timelines and damages clearly and accurately
- Conduct legal research to support case documentation and improve letter quality
- Collaborate effectively with reviewers and other internal teams to ensure high-quality deliverables
- Experience in legal, insurance, or medical fields with an emphasis on writing, such as paralegals, case managers, claim adjusters, legal assistants, or technical writers
- Proven ability to quickly learn new software and processes
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills
- Excellent persuasive writing and attention to detail
- Knowledge of personal injury law, medical summaries, or copywriting/editing experience is a plus
- Competitive base salary range: $50,000-$60,000 CAD
- Performance-based bonuses targeting an additional 10% annually
