The data and research teams transform raw data into strategic intelligence, providing clients—including top investment funds and Fortune 500 companies—with clarity and confidence for high-stakes decisions.
The Associate Field Marketing Manager role supports the rapid scaling of the retail and brands business by executing and scaling field marketing efforts. This position is US-based (remote or hybrid) and reports to the Senior Marketing Manager.
Responsibilities:
• Own end-to-end event execution including tradeshows, executive-focused events, bespoke executive experiences, company-hosted events, sponsorships, and online webinars
• Manage planning, timelines, vendor management, budgeting, promotion, execution, and follow-up for all events and programs
• Partner closely with sales to align on goals, target accounts, outreach plans, and post-event engagement
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and leadership teams on event content, messaging, and insights
• Use Marketo and Salesforce to manage campaigns, track performance, and measure impact across engagement, leads, and pipeline
• Conduct research to identify new events, sponsorships, and creative participation opportunities
• Maintain documentation, learnings, and best practices for future programs
• Contribute ideas and take initiative within a small, growing marketing team
Requirements:
• 2 to 3 years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, or related roles
• Experience managing or supporting events from planning through execution
• Working knowledge of Marketo and Salesforce
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable working cross-functionally including with senior leadership
• Data-savvy with an interest in understanding and measuring program impact
• Willingness to travel occasionally for events
Nice to Have:
• Experience in industries such as beauty, home improvement, retail, pets, toys and games, apparel, electronics, or personal care
• Experience supporting executive-level or white-glove events
• Experience running or supporting webinars and virtual programming

Compensation:
• Competitive salary range from $85,000 to $95,000 depending on experience, plus benefits
