Position:

We are seeking a highly motivated and collaborative Associate Director to support the planning and execution of patient support services for an upcoming subcutaneous formulation launch in multiple sclerosis (MS). This role will play a key part in designing and implementing patient-centric programs that enhance access, adherence, and overall patient experience.


The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in patient support services within biopharma and has contributed to launch planning, preferably in MS or other specialty therapeutic areas.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the strategy, design, and execution of patient support programs in preparation for subcutaneous launch
  • Partner cross-functionally with Commercial, Market Access, Legal, and Compliance to ensure aligned and compliant program development
  • Contribute to the development of innovative, patient-centered solutions to support access, affordability, onboarding, adherence, and persistence
  • Help define and operationalize program components, including hub services, specialty pharmacy coordination, and field reimbursement support
  • Monitor execution of programs through performance metrics to ensure program effectiveness and patient outcomes
  • Ensure all programs comply with applicable regulations, policies, and industry standards
  • Assist in development of field training materials related to patient services and reimbursement
  • Continuously gather insights from patients, providers, and internal stakeholders to inform program improvements


Qualifications:

  • 5-7+ years of experience in biopharma, with a focus on patient support services, access, or reimbursement
  • Demonstrated experience supporting product launches, preferably in multiple sclerosis or neurology
  • Understanding of the MS treatment landscape, patient journey, and access challenges
  • Experience working with patient support programs, including hub services and specialty pharmacy distribution models
  • Foundational knowledge of reimbursement, payer dynamics, and patient affordability programs
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Experience managing external vendors preferred
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Commitment to compliance and patient-centric approaches
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with subcutaneous or self-administered therapies
  • Exposure to early-stage launch planning activities (2+ years pre-launch)
  • Familiarity with digital tools supporting patient engagement and adherence


Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
