Key Responsibilities
- Manage delivery across multiple implementation workstreams, ensuring alignment to scope and timelines
- Engage directly with client stakeholders, providing clear and structured updates
- Work autonomously to manage risks, issues and interdependencies
- Work closely with multi-disciplinary teams, to include engineering, to maintain momentum and deliver quality outcomes
- Contribute to refining delivery methodology and improving internal processes
- Provide informal guidance to junior delivery team members
- 4+ years' experience in technical delivery, project coordination or consulting within regulatory reporting or RegTech, to include SaaS solutions
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with clients in a delivery capacity
- Strong understanding of data models and their role in reporting and system behaviour
- Ability to translate regulatory requirements into actionable delivery activities
- Strong organisational and communication skills, coupled with a detail-oriented mindset
- Ability to manage competing priorities and maintain delivery progress
- Experience across multiple regulatory regimes
- Comfort participating in pre-sales or RFP discussions when required
- Interest in contributing ideas to product or methodology evolution
- Proficiency in an additional European language
