About the Role

We are currently hiring a Data Scientist on behalf of a growing organization seeking individuals who are curious, analytical, and eager to work with real-world data challenges.

This role goes beyond simply building reports. You’ll work on projects involving analytics, predictive modeling, AI/ML initiatives, automation, and business optimization while collaborating with engineers, analysts, and decision-makers across teams. If you enjoy identifying patterns, testing ideas, and transforming raw data into meaningful insights, this could be a strong fit for you.


What You’ll Be Doing

Analyze large and complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and business opportunities

Build and support predictive models and machine learning workflows

Perform exploratory data analysis to support strategic and operational decisions

Contribute to AI-driven solutions and data-focused initiatives

Assist in developing and improving data pipelines and processing systems

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve workflows and efficiency

Develop scripts and automation tools for repetitive tasks and processes

Apply statistical and analytical methods to evaluate outcomes and performance

Identify inconsistencies, optimization opportunities, and data quality improvements

Translate technical findings into clear insights for non-technical stakeholders


Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field

0–2 years of experience in data science, analytics, machine learning, or related areas

Proficiency in Python, SQL, R, or similar technologies

Understanding of statistical analysis and predictive modeling techniques

Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and data-driven workflows

Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools

Familiarity with relational and/or NoSQL databases

Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking

Curiosity, adaptability, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment


Nice to Have

Experience with cloud platforms or big data technologies

Internship, academic, freelance, or personal project experience

Exposure to automation, NLP, recommendation systems, or predictive analytics
