About You

You're excited about managing and directing the operation of design/content teammates and overseeing creative production. You are a natural leader, have a creative vision, and are comfortable with digital and traditional design. You are open to owning and pitching new innovative concepts and ideas to new and existing clients. You are a natural collaborator, and look forward to working alongside the Creative Director, Media and Account Directors to ensure quality and successful activation and identify account opportunities and growth. Most importantly, you provide a creative vision and direction for clients and internal teams that continues to evolve and disrupt the industry space

About The Job

Prioritize work and resources across engagements based on short- and long-term needs, establishing production schedules by collaborating with content, creative, and production departments. Conducting brainstorming sessions with the team, maintaining strategic and creative thinking to develop innovative and actionable creative initiatives in a fiscally responsible manner. Review and approve all team creatives, including content and design created by the team, ensuring deliverables that effectively address marketing goals and challenges.

On a nitty-gritty level, we are looking for the following:

  • Someone with the drive to provide an exceptional client experience by delivering on-time, error-free, best-in-class quality results
  • The ability to think conceptually and ideate big picture ideas that are as strategic as they are creative inspired
  • You can produce fresh, innovative work that translates complex ideas into compelling integrated marketing campaigns for sophisticated audiences.
  • You have the ability to present or oversee the presentation of final concepts and obtain approvals for deliverables.
  • You can develop client brand marketing campaigns that translate marketing objectives across business units into clear and motivating creative strategies.
  • Willing and able to travel every other month for this role.

Preferred Experience

  • 8-12 years of professional creative experience in advertising, brand, digital, or integrated marketing - with a background in either art direction or copywriting (both paths equally valued).
  • Proven ability to lead concept development from insight to execution, bringing strong taste, craft, and strategic thinking to both visual and verbal ideas.
  • Demonstrated experience guiding multidisciplinary teams (design, copy, production, strategy) and elevating work through thoughtful feedback, clear creative direction, and collaborative problem-solving.
  • A portfolio that shows big-idea thinking, campaign storytelling, and strong executional chops - whether expressed through design systems, film/content direction, long-form writing, short-form conceptual work, or integrated brand experiences.Experience presenting work to clients or executive stakeholders, with the ability to articulate the "why" behind creative choices and connect creative direction to business goals.
  • Comfort leading brainstorms, workshops, and pitches; able to unlock ideas, push teams past the obvious, and champion work that's bold, smart, and on-strategy.
  • Strong understanding of modern content creation, including social storytelling, digital ecosystems, video production, and emerging tools/AI that support creative development.
  • Collaborative by nature, with a track record of working closely with strategy, account, and project management to bring campaigns to life.
  • Experience mentoring junior talent and helping shape culture, craft, and creative standards within a team.
  • Ability to juggle multiple briefs, clients, and timelines while maintaining creative quality and calm leadership.
