HypnoPlus is a Swiss mobile app built for hypnotherapists and sophrologists, enabling them to extend their impact beyond sessions through personalized audio experiences accessible anytime.
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive the expansion of HypnoPlus in the US market by onboarding new therapists and building strong partnerships.
You will work directly with the founder and be at the forefront of scaling a fast-growing wellness startup internationally.
Tasks
Identify and target high-potential hypnotherapists, sophrologists, and wellness professionals in the US
Execute outbound outreach campaigns (LinkedIn, email, calls)
Pitch HypnoPlus and drive therapist acquisition
Close partnerships and onboard new therapists onto the platform
Build long-term relationships with partners to maximize engagement
Monitor performance and optimize conversion rates
Actively contribute to US market expansion and growth initiatives
Share insights to improve product-market fit and sales strategy
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
Comfortable with outreach, prospecting, and client interactions
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven
Interest in wellness, mental health, or personal development (a plus)
