Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Attorney to join our Orlando office. The ideal candidate will handle a caseload of workers’ compensation defense matters and work closely with experienced attorneys in all aspects of litigation.
Responsibilities Manage a caseload of workers’ compensation defense matters Draft pleadings, motions, and legal correspondence Attend hearings, depositions, and mediations Communicate effectively with clients, adjusters, and opposing counsel Provide legal analysis and case strategy recommendations Maintain accurate and timely billing entries
Qualifications Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school (or expected) Active membership in good standing with The Florida Bar (or expected) 0–5 years of experience (workers’ compensation experience a plus, but not required) Strong writing, research, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
