Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and organized Assistant to support daily administrative and operational tasks.

You will assist team members with coordination, documentation, and general office duties to ensure smooth workflow.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to teams or management.
  • Handle data entry, filing, and document organization.
  • Assist with scheduling, coordination, and basic communication tasks.
  • Prepare simple reports, documents, and correspondence.

Requirements:

  • Good communication and coordination abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently.
