Kauf Dich Glücklich is a Berlin-based fashion and gastronomy company with over 20 concept stores and an online shop. With a focus on Scandinavian fashion, we offer not only our own collections but also selected labels from across Europe. Our range includes womenswear and menswear as well as a home and living section featuring exclusive natural cosmetics. From purchasing and design to marketing, logistics, and in-store workshops – around ten different teams work together at our Berlin head office, united by one vision and collaborating closely with our stores in Germany, Austria, and the Netherlands.

Your Tasks

• Support and deputise for the Store Manager
• Assist with team leadership, motivation, and staff management
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service
• Coordinate daily store operations
• Be responsible for cash handling and the POS system
• Support staff training and marketing events
• Maintain excellent stockroom organisation and storage standards
• Implement visual merchandising concepts
• Liaise with the Head Office

• Has proven experience in retail sales
• Has a genuine passion for fashion and lifestyle
• Is a proactive team player with a friendly, flexible, and customer-focused attitude
• Possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Demonstrates strong organisational skills and a results-driven mindset
• Works independently, takes initiative, and shows a high level of responsibility
• Is confident, approachable, and has a positive, engaging personality
• Brings enthusiasm for our brand, concept, and products
• Is fluent in English, Dutch, and German
