Key Responsibilities- Support the Director in planning and executing organizational strategies

- Prepare reports, presentations, and updates for senior management
- Analyze performance metrics and provide actionable recommendations

- Proven experience in leadership, management, or a similar senior role
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives and lead teams effectively
- Experience in strategic planning and operational execution
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field; Master’s preferred
