Job Title: Sales Development Representative (Remote)

THE OPPORTUNITY We are looking for a relentless Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join a mission-driven team dedicated to revolutionizing women’s health. We provide science-backed, medical-grade solutions for chronic conditions that have been stigmatized for too long.

WHAT YOU WILL DO You will be the engine of our sales pipeline. Your goal is to identify, contact, and qualify Healthcare Providers (HCPs) to get our products into the hands of the patients who need them.
- Hunt & Prospect: Identify potential HCP leads using online research and databases.
- Engage: Conduct high-volume outreach (phone, email, social) to cold and warm leads.
- Qualify: Determine fit and hand off "Sales Qualified Leads" to Account Executives.
- Revive: Re-ignite interest among inactive or lapsed accounts.
- Track: Manage all activity and data in our CRM (Salesforce proficiency is a major plus).

THE REQUIREMENTS
- Experience: 2–3 years of virtual sales development experience is required.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
- Skills: Superior online research, time management, and verbal communication skills.
- Tech: Proficiency with Salesforce (or similar CRM) strongly preferred.
