MISSIONS
- Participation in client meetings: Actively take part in client meetings to enhance relations and better understand the needs of our investors.
- CRM data maintenance: Ensure the accuracy and timely updates of data in the Customer Relationship Management system to support client interactions and business decisions.
- Event organization: Assist in planning and coordinating events aimed at engaging clients and stakeholders, including logistical support and content.
- Client reporting: Prepare and distribute regular reports to investors ensuring they are informed about the performance and most relevant data of their investments.
- Roadshow planning: Collaborate with portfolio managers to organize roadshows, facilitating meetings and presentations to showcase our EdR investment strategies.
- Creation of management reports: Assist in producing management reports that include fundraising targets, analysis of net flows and other essential KPIs for strategic business planning.
- The candidate should have a proven interest in business development and asset management with some first exposure to the industry.
- She/he should have a university degree or currently pursuing one in ideally finance, business administration or a related field. Additional qualifications such as a CFA or CAIA designation are preferred.
- The candidate should have knowledge of asset management products as well as excellent skills in Power Point, Excel and Word.
- Besides a strong analytical and structured way of working, the candidate should be target-oriented and entrepreneurial.
- She/he should be a good team player with a positive mind-set, high integrity and fit with the dynamic culture of the company.
- She/he should be a German native speaker (preferably be able to also speak and understand Swiss German) and be fluent in English. Other language skills and in particular French and Italian are a strong plus.
