🧩 Your Responsibilities

As an Artificial Intelligence Consultant, you will:

• Assist organizations in adopting AI.
• Define AI strategies focused on ethics and compliance.
• Participate in workshops, client meetings, conferences, and AI events.
• Draft clear and educational documents on AI issues.
• Continuously improve our offerings and internal processes.

🔍 Desired Profile

• Curious, rigorous, adaptable, and eager to contribute to meaningful projects.
• Enjoy learning, working independently, and being part of a dynamic team.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to make AI understandable to all.
• Comfortable in both spoken and written French.
• Sensitive to ethical and societal issues related to technology.
• Possess or be willing to obtain a Swiss Certification in Compliance & Data Ethics.

No minimum experience required. This position is open to all motivated individuals.

📋 Position Details

• Contract: Permanent
• Location: 100% remote, work possible from abroad
• Compensation: Fixed salary + Bonuses based on involvement and generated projects
• Start Date: As soon as possible

🧩 Vos missions

En tant qu’Artificial Intelligence Consultant, vous participerez à :

• L’accompagnement des organisations dans leur adoption de l’IA.

• La définition de stratégies IA centrées sur l’éthique et la conformité.

• La participation à des ateliers, réunions clients, conférences et événements IA.

• La rédaction de documents clairs et pédagogiques sur les enjeux IA.

• L’amélioration continue de nos offres et processus internes.

🔍 Profil recherché

• Vous êtes curieux(se), rigoureux(se), adaptable et avez envie de contribuer à des projets utiles.

• Vous aimez apprendre, travailler en autonomie, et vous impliquer dans une équipe dynamique.

• Vous avez un bon relationnel et aimez rendre l’IA compréhensible pour tous.

• Vous êtes à l’aise à l’oral comme à l’écrit en français.

• Vous avez une sensibilité pour les enjeux éthiques et sociétaux liés à la technologie.

• Vous possédez ou êtes prêt(e) à obtenir une Certification Suisse en Compliance & Data Ethics.

Aucune expérience minimum requise. Ce poste est ouvert à tous les profils motivés.

📋 Conditions du poste

• Contrat : CDI

• Lieu : Télétravail à 100 %, travail possible depuis l’étranger

• Rémunération : Fixe + Primes selon implication et projets générés

• Début : Dès que possible
