About Us

Vacier is an international jewelry brand focusing on direct-to-consumer (D2C) jewelry, primarily aimed at men. We sell our minimalist, functional, and stylish jewelry worldwide, shipping from our logistics partners in Europe, the USA, and Australia. We recently launched our first official women's collection and will continue exploring new opportunities for further expansion with exciting collaborations and sales in 2025.

About The Role

We’re looking for a hands-on Art Director, Photography & Film who will take our brand vision from concept to final asset. You’ll work closely with the Creative Director, photographers, stylists, and retouchers to plan, execute, and deliver striking photo and video content that reinforces Vacier’s aesthetic and core values.

Some of your responsibilities will include:
  • Create and own Vacier’s visual language for photography & short-form film.
  • Oversee all aspects of photo and video shoots—lighting, camera setups, styling, and set design.
  •  Coordinate with retouchers or work independently to guarantee color accuracy, consistent tonality, and visual quality across product and lifestyle imagery.
  • Adjust design execution strategy to meet evolving marketing requirements and maintain awareness of competitors and market trends.
  • A strong understanding of UI/UX and strong capability with the big social media platforms and their abilities/limitations.
  • Knowledge of business strategy, competitor markets and productions, technologies, and market growth and innovation.
  • Energize projects by stimulating innovative, risk-taking ideas and teamwork.
It's beneficial if you have some or all of the following:
  • Proven track record of executing high-end photo and video shoots, both in studio and environmental settings
  • Expertise with all necessary design software, especially InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or other editing software.
  • A sharp eye for color grading and detail—before/after portfolio required.
  • Clear, concise communicator who can provide constructive creative feedback on set and in post.
  • Solutions-oriented mindset: able to troubleshoot technical or logistical issues quickly.

Why should you apply?

Everyone on our Vacier team is passionate about innovation and creativity. As a member, you will work with compassionate, humble, and talented individuals. Our core team is growing by the day, but still a small team of around 25 people. We’re seeking someone who shares our enthusiasm for creating, learning, and exploring.

We believe in helping you grow in your field and follow your passion, and we want to tailor the role to your interests and strengths. Your role will naturally evolve as our company expands, giving you new and exciting responsibilities. We’re on a thrilling journey, and we’d love for you to be a part of it and its continued success. The starting salary will depend on your experience, and there’s plenty of room to grow with us.
