Responsibilities:
- Lead the creative vision and direction for marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives.
- Oversee the design team, providing guidance, feedback, and mentorship.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
- Develop visual concepts for social media, ads, websites, email campaigns, and other marketing materials.
- Ensure all creative output aligns with brand standards and marketing objectives.
- Stay ahead of design trends, tools, and best practices in eCommerce and digital marketing.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in art direction, preferably in eCommerce, advertising, or creative agencies.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative campaigns and brand work.
- Expertise in design software (Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to think strategically while maintaining attention to visual details.
- Creative, innovative, and data-informed mindset.
