At Arfve, we’re not just launching a product.

We’re building Modular Intelligence — and we’re now recruiting a 8-person leadership team to co-drive our crowdfunding accelerator and campaign launch in September 2025.

Who We Are

Arfve is on a mission to end disposable hardware by rethinking how we build, own, and upgrade tech.

Our first product — the world’s first 3-piece modular, AI-powered earbud — lets users swap the battery, chipset, and speaker instead of throwing them away.

We’re already 5 months into the journey, with a Tech Lab of 35+ international co-creators, 5 specialized product teams, and early traction in both B2C and white-label markets.

Now, it’s time to scale.

Key Roles We’re Looking to Fill

(Final-Year Students from KTH, Handels, SU & More)

We’re assembling a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, marketers, and builders. You’ll lead a domain, work directly with the founder, and help shape a product that goes global.

Product & Engineering Leadership (KTH, SU, Södertörn Focus)

🔹 Hardware/Systems Engineer

Prototype, test, and optimize modular designs. Collaborate with audio partners and ID teams.

🔹 Embedded Software / Edge AI Engineer

Shape our AI-first OS and firmware. BLE, ML, and real-time processing skills are a plus.

🔹 UX Engineer / AI Interaction Designer

Design voice-first and adaptive sound experiences. Partner with AI and design teams to deliver fluid user interactions.

🔹 Product Systems Lead (Technical PM)

Own end-to-end builds, dev cycles, and system integration across hardware + software.

💼 Business / Brand / Go-to-Market Leadership (Handels + Other Biz/Design Schools)

🔹 Head of Growth & Performance

Launch and optimize marketing funnels, performance strategy, and backer acquisition.

🔹 Head of Community & Campaigns

Activate influencers, backers, and creators. Lead storytelling with a human-first, viral approach.

🔹 Head of Brand & Storytelling

Craft identity, copy, visuals, decks, and motion assets for global traction.

🔹 Strategic Ops & Execution Lead

Own internal coordination across pods, campaign timelines, metrics, and delivery.

🔹 External Partnerships & Investor Relations

Initiate and manage relationships with early investors, campus networks, and strategic partners.
