Area Sales Manager – Sensors (Sweden & Finland)


950,000 SEK + Bonus


Are you a commercially driven salesperson with a passion for industrial automation? We’re working with a global sensor technology leader to find a Sensor Sales Specialist who will play a key role in growing the sensor and safety solutions business across Sweden & Finland.

The Opportunity

In this role, you’ll join a dynamic Nordic sales team focused on expanding the company’s presence in key segments such as mobile equipment, material handling, packaging, pumping, lifts, escalators, and hoisting. You’ll drive business with OEMs, system integrators, end-users, and channel partners, acting as both a technical advisor and commercial partner.

You’ll identify new opportunities, nurture existing accounts, and introduce innovative sensor and safety technologies to the market. Alongside your sales activities, you’ll engage in joint customer visits, product trainings, trade shows, and promotional initiatives to strengthen brand visibility and customer engagement.


Key Responsibilities

  • Execute sales strategies to achieve growth targets within your territory
  • Prospect and develop new OEM business while expanding existing customer partnerships
  • Promote new product launches and tailor solutions to customer needs
  • Strengthen customer satisfaction and long-term relationships
  • Support distributors and partners through training, events, and joint visits
  • Maintain a structured pipeline and forecast accurately in the CRM system


About You

  • Degree in engineering, automation, or equivalent technical background
  • At least 3 years of B2B sales experience within industrial automation or related fields
  • Proven track record in solution selling and account management
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Self-driven with a systematic, “plan-do-check-act” approach
  • Willing to travel within Sweden, Finland and occasionally across the Nordic region
