As part of our continued growth in Sweden, we are looking for an Area Sales Manager who will be responsible for developing sales within a designated region and strengthening the position of our company in the Swedish market.
What you will do
- Develop the Swedish market by acquiring new customers and building long-term business relationships
- Manage the entire sales process, from prospecting and needs analysis to negotiations and closing deals
- Conduct product presentations and provide technical consultations tailored to customer requirements
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Represent the company at trade fairs, industry events, and customer meetings
- Regularly report on sales activities, project status, and market insights to management
- Use Salesforce CRM on a daily basis to manage leads, opportunities, and sales activities
What we are looking for
- Minimum 2 years of experience in selling machinery, technical equipment, or similar industrial products
- Technical education is considered an advantage
- Good understanding of the industrial machinery market
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a results-oriented mindset
- Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce or similar)
- Fluency in Swedish and English
- Valid Category B driving licence and willingness to travel frequently within Sweden and occasionally to Poland
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
