Your mission
- Increase business opportunities by implementing the right sales strategies
- Establish and cater to a customer base
- Prepare sales plans as per the overall mission, vision and ethos of Silimed
- Build brand awareness specifically for Sweden and any other regions assigned
- Meet and exceed the KPIs through effective sales performances
- Focus on field sales, visiting doctors, clinics, hospitals and procurement teams on a regular basis
- Deliver presentations to surgeons, theatre stuff, procurement and other staff in medical facilities
- Organize conferences for doctors and other healthcare professionals
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with medical and administrative staff
- Collaborate closely with our internal teams to ensure excellent services are provided to our customers
- Negotiate pricing and finalize contract agreements with new prospects
- Stay updated on the latest clinical data provided by the company and effectively present, interpret, and discuss this information with healthcare professionals during meetings
- Market our product by participating in events, congresses and other meetings relevant to our product
- +10 years sales experience in medical equipment is advantageous
- Relevant academic degree
- Valid driver's license
- Familiarity with working in a surgical theatre environment is prefereable
- Willingness to travel frequently
- Highly driven, comfortable working independently
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English
- Proficiency in MS Office and other Windows-based applications
