About You

- Proven multi-site leadership experience within healthcare, dentistry or a premium consumer-facing sector
- Strong commercial acumen and a track record of delivering sustainable growth
- A passion for exceptional patient experience
- A hands-on, agile leadership style
- The credibility to challenge, support and inspire stakeholders
- Experience in dental or private healthcare is advantageous, though not essential.
