We are looking for an Architectural Product Designer with 3–5 years of experience who is ready to move beyond traditional architecture and into the world of industrialized construction. This role is perfect for a designer who is highly proficient in BIM/PLM software and wants to learn how to leverage computational tools and AI to solve real-world manufacturing challenges.

• System Design: Develop and maintain modular product catalogs using Autodesk (Revit/Inventor) or Dassault Systèmes (CATIA/SolidWorks).
• Workflow Optimization: Assist in building parametric workflows to automate design tasks.
• Factory Integration: Translate architectural intent into manufacturing-ready data.

• Experience: 3–5 years in a professional architectural or manufacturing setting.
• Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in either the Autodesk or Dassault Systèmes ecosystem.
• Growth Mindset: You don't need to be a Dynamo or AI expert yet, but you must be eager to master these tools on the job.
• Industry Passion: A desire to help modular manufacturers scale through better design.

• Salary: $80,000 – $100,000 (Based on experience and software proficiency).
• Location: 100% Remote.
• Professional Growth: You will work directly with leadership and gain deep expertise in automated design and modular strategy.
• Travel: Occasional factory visits and an annual team offsite.
