Position: Architectural Design & CAD Expert
Type: Hourly contract
Compensation: $19 - $65/hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: 10–40 hours/week
Role Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle architectural design workflows from concept modeling to detailed drawing sets.
- Develop and refine 3D models while maintaining design integrity across all phases.
- Organize and manage digital files, layers, and documentation for efficient coordination.
- Produce accurate plans, sections, elevations, and construction-ready documents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate workflows and technical decisions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex modeling and design challenges.
- Document and articulate design processes to support AI training and workflow standardization.
Requirements
- Strong experience in Rhino3D and Vectorworks for architectural design projects.
- Expertise in file coordination, organization, and documentation management.
- Deep understanding of technical workflows in architectural design and drafting.
- Ability to develop detailed 3D models and translate concepts into construction documents.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with clear articulation of design intent.
- Strong problem-solving skills in handling complex design and workflow challenges.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a remote environment.
