– understands that he/she must be precise in calculating all quantities
associated with the construction project
– Candidate has excellent 3D architectural insight and understands how it is put together and what the construction sequence is.
– candidate is aware and understands that her work must be completed and completed within a tight work schedule.
– Understand scope of work to bid
– Manage bid pricing from all vendors
– Prepare cost analysis
– Establish and maintain working relationships with vendors and subcontractors
