We help early childhood education centers thrive by handling the first — and most important — step in their enrollment process: connecting with families who are looking for care and education for their little ones.
As part of our Concierge Team, you’ll play a key role in turning warm inquiries into booked tours for our clients’ childcare centers. You’ll be the friendly, organized, and professional voice that parents hear first — helping them take that next step toward finding the right environment for their children.
As a Remote Appointment Setter, you’ll manage inbound inquiries and leads that come through our clients’ websites, ads, and social media. Your job is to quickly and warmly follow up, qualify the parent’s needs, and schedule a center tour.
You’ll be working with multiple childcare clients, following each client’s personalized script, maintaining CRM notes, and ensuring every parent gets an exceptional experience.
