Working as an application specialist
Responsibilities
Our application specialists are experts when it comes to using the Sectra applications. Their aim is to optimize our customers’ use of our different solutions to their best advantage. This include responsibilities such as:
- Deliver web-based and on-site training to ensure they have the skills and tools necessary to optimize the use of our solutions
- Analyze customer workflows and suggest improvements to their way-of-working as well as adapt our solutions to each customers needs
- Work closely with our Professional Services, Technical Support and Sales Departments to provide application knowledge and support
- Develop new processes to improve the efficiency of applications work and raise the quality of customer product understanding and satisfaction
To perform well in this role, we want you to have:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, IT or equivalent with a strong academic performance OR have a clinical background, for example, as a radiology nurse or technician.
- Fluent in Dutch and English both verbally and written
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- A strong interest in usability and medical IT.
- Have excellent customer service skills as well as verbal, written, listening and presenting skills
- Previous experience as an application engineer and/or PACS Administrator
- Experience in the use of PACS and its configuration
- Speak more languages than those required above
- Have experience with other cultures and countries
- Have interests besides work such as music, sports, horseback riding etc.
