We are seeking a Senior Manager, Analytics to lead a talented team of analysts, analytics engineers, and technical leads. This leader will shape our data analytics strategy, mentor a growing team, and ensure our data products drive real outcomes for clinical, operational, and administrative teams.
This role requires a balance of hands-on data knowledge, strategic thinking, and strong people leadership. You will report to the Director of Integration & Analytics and play a key role in scaling our self-service and advanced analytics capabilities across the organization.
What you will do:
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of 8 that includes Data Analysts, a Principal Analytics Engineer, and a Technical Lead – Analytics. Promote a collaborative, curious, and delivery-focused culture.
- Translate complex business problems into data questions. Prioritize and lead the development of analytics products, dashboards, reports, and GenAI solutions that support critical clinical and operational outcomes.
- Ensure analytics solutions are embedded in decision-making workflows and align with user needs and organizational goals.
- Collaborate with clinical, operational, and technical leaders to define requirements, prioritize initiatives, and ensure ongoing value from analytics investments.
- Drive adoption of data governance and documentation practices in partnership with data stewards. Ensure alignment with best practices in data integrity, reproducibility, and compliance.
- Leverage cloud-native platforms such as Databricks and tools like Tableau, Power BI, and R/Python to drive automation, visualization, and insight delivery. Champion GenAI adoption when relevant.
- Define and track team KPIs, quality metrics, and product adoption to continuously improve the team’s impact and operational excellence.

- Experience translating business needs into scalable analytics solutions
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a track record of working across diverse stakeholder groups
- Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Computer Science, Public Health, or related field
- Demonstrated experience in embedding analytics into workflows and driving adoption
- Exposure to Generative AI or AI-powered analytics applications
- Master's degree in a related field
