What You Will Do
- Work directly on projects in sustainability, finance, and international development such as evaluations, due diligences and market studies;
- Read into new topics fast and contribute with research, analysis, and structuring;
- Support with deliverables such as slide decks, background briefs, and data summaries;
- Join internal and client meetings, and help keep project momentum high;
- Collaborate closely with your team to deliver great results under time pressure.
We are looking for quick learners with a hands-on mindset. People who want to grow through real challenges.
- Enrolled at a top university (such as CEMS schools);
- Enrolled in a Master’s program with -at least- 1 year remaining until graduation;
- Sharp analytical skills and intellectual curiosity;
- Strong sense of ownership, responsibility and team spirit;
- Fast learner: what you don’t know, you figure out – overnight if needed;
- Reliable, organized, and motivated to go the extra mile;
- Writing skills are helpful, but your strength is structured, smart output;
- Bonus: experience from case comps, consulting clubs, entrepreneurial or research work.
- Real project exposure with meaningful client work;
