Analyst (Monthly rolling contract for 6 months)

Day rate £300 (IR35 status TBC)

Remote (Right to Work in the UK is essential)


The largest privately owned Information Management company across UK & EU are looking for an Analyst to support data review, business performance analysis, and insight generation, on a temporary basis.


The role will work closely with the Insight Lead to analyse internal data sources, including data from CRM and analytics platforms, alongside relevant external information, to produce clear, practical insights that support planning and decision-making.


Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse historical business data and key performance indicators to identify trends and patterns- willingness to perform end-to-end data management, including data discovery, cleansing, standardisation, and ability to develop logic/ analysis rules.
  • Support review of sales, financial, and operational performance data: extract, analyse, and interpret CRM data (e.g. Salesforce or similar systems), and use analytics and reporting tools (e.g. Power BI) to support performance tracking and insight generation.
  • Collaborate closely with the Insight Lead, adapting analysis as project needs evolve.
  • Support development of forecasts, scenarios, and analytical models.
  • Assist in identifying underlying drivers behind performance changes.
  • Prepare clear analytical outputs, summaries, and presentations for stakeholder use.
  • Contribute to market and competitor research where required to provide external context.


Candidate Requirements

  • Experience in an analytical role involving business, commercial, or performance data.
  • Comfortable working with KPIs, historical datasets, and performance metrics.
  • Practical experience using CRM systems and analytics/reporting tools (e.g. Salesforce, Power BI, or similar).
  • Strong Excel and general data analysis skills.
  • Ability to interpret data and translate findings into clear, practical insights.
  • Comfortable operating in a project-based or interim role with evolving priorities.
  • Good communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in professional or business services environments is advantageous but not essential.
