You’ll look into and solve issues with provider records, support client requests, and contribute to improving internal analytics tools and processes. Things You’ll Do Here:
- Analyze and reconcile provider datasets to identify in-network physicians and facilities, resolve data inconsistencies, and improve accuracy across systems
- Investigate client- and team-submitted questions related to provider data, using platforms like Salesforce and collaborating with internal stakeholders to find solutions
- Use tools such as SQL, Excel, and Databricks to translate raw data into insights and recommendations
- Support ongoing efforts to enhance internal analytics workflows, tools, and documentation
- Monitor data performance and quality trends, proactively identifying anomalies and areas for improvement
- Contribute to strategic projects with high-quality analysis and a solutions-oriented mindset
- Take ownership of tasks with minimal oversight while actively seeking opportunities to collaborate
- Perform other duties as assigned
What You’ll Bring to the Team:
- A natural curiosity and willingness to dive into complex data challenges
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality, accurate work
- A collaborative, team-first mindset with the ability to work independently when needed
- Comfort navigating ambiguity and a drive to find clarity and results
- Exposure to SQL and data analysis techniques, even in academic or internship settings
- Proficiency in Excel (e.g., formulas, PivotTables, data organization)
- Receptiveness to coaching and feedback, and a desire to grow
- Accountability, follow-through, and a problem-solving mindset
- Experience working with provider data or within a healthcare data environment
- Exposure to Python, Spark, or Databricks
- A bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or related field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics)
- Work Environment: You’ll need a quiet workspace that is free from distractions
- Technology: Reliable internet connection—if you can use streaming services, you’re good to go!
- Security: Adherence to company security protocols, including the use of VPNs, secure passwords, and company-approved devices/software
- Location: You must be US based, in a location where you can work effectively and comply with company policies such as HIPAA
