This role will function as an analyst for the Aetna Medicaid markets and will help the respective achieve its financial and strategic goals. The Analyst will be responsible for the development and maintenance of structured reports and ad-hoc analyses that support financial operations and strategic decision making for all Aetna Medicaid markets.

This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.

- Collects, organizes, and analyzes healthcare data from various sources such as revenue and claims data.
- Assists with the upkeep and general maintenance of databases.
- Translates complex data into information and assists users in its interpretation to support decision making.
- Provides assistance in assessing, planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating systems, processes, and applications to facilitate the efficient production of financial reports.
- Generates reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to track, monitor, and evaluate financial results and operational efficiencies.
- Identifies opportunities for process improvement by leveraging data analysis to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for automation.
