About Us
Crosswalk Health is transforming out-of-hospital care by partnering with first responder agencies, community providers, and payors to deliver needs-matched care to patients who primarily access the healthcare system via 911. Through our comprehensive care navigation solution and scaled EMS network, Crosswalk ensures that patients receive care in the most appropriate setting, reducing the unnecessary use of emergency services and improving clinical outcomes in the communities we serve. Our model supports value-based and managed care frameworks by aligning incentives across payors and providers, resulting in better health outcomes, cost savings at every level of the healthcare system, and improved access to care for high-needs populations.
Our work is grounded in our core values:
- Integrity: We uphold honesty and accountability in all our actions and decisions
- Compassion: We approach our work and each other with empathy and understanding.
- Tenacity: We persist through challenges with resilience and determination.
- Camaraderie: We build strong, trusting relationships to foster a sense of belonging and teamwork.
- Disruption: We challenge the status quo to drive innovation and transformative change.
- Collaboration: We combine diverse strengths and perspectives to achieve shared goals.

This role combines analytics, technical expertise, and business partnership to design and maintain data visualizations, dashboards, and reports that enable teams to make informed, data-driven decisions.
The BI Analyst will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including technology, finance, clinical, and operations to translate complex business needs into scalable Power BI solutions. This person will own the process end-to-end: from data extraction and transformation to dashboard design, documentation, and ongoing optimization. It’s an opportunity for someone who is highly analytical, curious, and passionate about leveraging data to create clarity, accountability, and measurable impact in a mission-driven healthcare environment.
Candidate Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports for key business functions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define metrics, KPIs, and data requirements that support organizational goals.
- Extract, transform, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure report accuracy and consistency.
- Analyze healthcare and operational data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
- Document data models, report logic, and visualization standards to support ongoing scalability and governance.
Candidate Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or reporting—preferably in a healthcare or healthcare-adjacent organization.
- Proficiency in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, data modeling) and SQL for data extraction and transformation.
- Strong understanding of healthcare metrics, workflows, or data sources (e.g., claims, EMR, patient encounter data) preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to work collaboratively across technical and non-technical teams.
What You’ll Get
- Mission-driven work that matters: Be a part of a company tackling one of healthcare’s biggest challenges, ensuring patients receive the right care, in the right place, at the right time. Your work will directly influence outcomes for high-needs populations.
- A platform to build and own: You’ll play a key role in building Crosswalk’s products, presence, and team.
- Collaborative and welcoming culture: We foster a work environment where curiosity and disruption are encouraged, and everyone is empowered to lead. We value ownership, tenacity, integrity, and diverse perspectives.
- Growth and learning opportunities: You’ll have access to continuous development, cross-functional collaboration, and the chance to grow alongside a fast-scaling, mission-driven team.
