Tuscany Bike Route (TBR) is seeking active cyclists and community leaders to join our Ambassador Program. We are a premium cycling adventure company rooted in a 20-year family legacy, offering authentic gravel and bikepacking experiences across Tuscany.
Your mission is to leverage your local cycling network to promote TBR’s curated routes and packages. You will act as the bridge between your community and the Tuscan landscapes, helping fellow riders discover our self-guided adventures, supported tours, and exclusive community events.
- Community Outreach: Promote TBR packages (Strada Serena, Via Classica, Sole d’Oro) and special events (Tuscan Fellowship, Strade Bianche/Eroica retreats) to your cycling club, shop, or social circle.
- Lead Generation: Identify and engage cyclists interested in high-quality, authentic Italian bikepacking.
- Group Coordination: Facilitate group bookings for our fixed-date events or custom corporate/team-building trips.
- Content Sharing: Share provided TBR media and your own cycling journey to showcase the "Tuscan Transformation" value proposition.
- Active Cyclist: You ride regularly and have a deep understanding of gravel, road, or bikepacking culture.
- Connected: You have an established network of fellow cyclists (clubs, local shops, or a strong social media following).
- Authentic Voice: Ability to communicate the value of local expertise and family-run heritage over mass-market tours.
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: Motivated by performance-based rewards and long-term growth.
- Commission-Based Pay: Competitive percentage for every successful booking made through your referral.
- Fully Paid Trip: Reach a specific sign-up milestone and receive a fully-funded "Sole d’Oro" or "Tuscan Fellowship" experience in Tuscany (includes accommodation, support, and routes).
- Performance Scaling: High-performing ambassadors will be considered for a fixed-pay retainer and official brand partnership in the 2026 season.
