Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and data-driven Amazon Specialist to manage and optimize our brand’s presence on Amazon. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years of experience managing and growing Amazon accounts and is ready to play a key role in scaling our brand’s presence and performance.

The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of our Amazon operations — including product listings, advertising, strategic planning, and performance analytics — with a focus on driving sustained growth and expanding our brand portfolio over time.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Take full ownership of our Amazon account and performance strategy.
  • Manage and optimize product listings, content, and brand presence (titles, bullet points, A+ Content, Storefront, etc.).
  • Develop and execute advertising strategies across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns.
  • Analyze sales, traffic, and advertising reports to identify growth opportunities and areas for optimization.
  • Manage inventory forecasting, pricing, and promotions to maximize profitability.
  • Monitor account health, handle case resolutions, and ensure compliance with Amazon policies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, creative) to align Amazon activities with brand objectives.
  • Propose and lead the onboarding of additional brands into the Amazon ecosystem as the channel grows.
  • Continuously test, learn, and implement best practices to accelerate sales and improve efficiency.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience managing and optimizing Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central accounts.
  • Proven track record of growing sales and improving advertising performance on Amazon.
  • Hands-on experience with Amazon Ads (PPC campaign creation, optimization, and reporting).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficient with data tools like Excel, Google Sheets, or similar.
  • Understanding of e-commerce operations, SEO, and Amazon listing optimization.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and own the success of the channel.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
