In this role, you will manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring their Amazon accounts are thriving. You will implement strategies for growth, optimize product listings, and collaborate with our internal experts to deliver outstanding results.

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of 3-4 brands on Amazon, focusing on account health and growth
  • Develop and implement optimized listing strategies to enhance visibility and sales
  • Monitor account performance daily and provide actionable insights to clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams on PPC campaigns, promotional events, and inventory management
  • Provide regular updates and reports to clients regarding their account performance and recommendations
  • Address client inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure a high level of satisfaction

Requirements

What You Bring to the Table

  • 1-3 years of experience in Amazon account management or related fields
  • Strong knowledge of Amazon's marketplace, best practices, and tools
  • Proven ability to optimize listings and increase visibility and sales
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Analytical mindset with a passion for data-driven decision-making
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts efficiently
  • Familiarity with PPC advertising and performance metrics is a plus
