AI Enablement & Automation Lead
100% Remote | Listed Media-Tech Scale-up | High Ownership
We’re hiring an AI Enablement & Automation Lead to drive AI adoption and workflow automation across a fast-growing, listed Media-Tech company.
This is not a pure engineering role. We’re looking for someone who combines AI tooling knowledge with business understanding, systems thinking and a strong automation mindset. Someone who can identify high-impact opportunities, design scalable solutions and help operationalize AI across teams.
You will work closely with leadership and play a key role in shaping how AI is implemented company-wide.
What you’ll do:
- Identify and prioritize high-impact AI and automation opportunities across Sales, Operations, Marketing and internal workflows
- Design and build scalable AI-powered workflows using tools like n8n, Make, APIs and LLMs
- Connect systems such as CRM, Slack, email, internal tools and external data sources
- Use LLMs (OpenAI, Claude etc.) to automate workflows, improve processes and increase operational efficiency
- Drive AI adoption across teams and help operationalize new workflows internally
- Think through architecture and workflow decisions — not just build automations
- Work closely with CEO and Chief of Staff on high-priority transformation topics
- Own and evolve the company-wide AI automation roadmap
This role is highly hands-on, but also requires strategic thinking and the ability to operate across technical and business topics.
What you should bring:
- Experience building workflows with tools like n8n, Make, Zapier or similar
- Hands-on experience with LLMs and AI tooling (OpenAI, Claude etc.)
- Strong understanding of operational workflows and business processes
- Ability to think in systems, processes and scalable solutions
- A builder mindset with high ownership and curiosity
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Basic coding skills (Python, JavaScript or similar) are a plus
Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who understands how to introduce and scale AI operationally within a business - not just someone who experiments with tools.
Nice to have:
- Experience in AI enablement, digital transformation, RevOps automation or internal tooling
- Experience introducing AI workflows into organizations
- Background in consulting, solutions architecture, operations or process optimization
- Experience documenting workflows, training teams or driving internal adoption
