The Initiative
We are collaborating with frontier AI labs to train the next generation of AI agents. We are moving beyond simple text generation; we need creative visionaries to design hyper-realistic digital environments, build layered personas, and script complex scenarios (e.g., scheduling conflicts, competing priorities) that truly test an AI’s reasoning capabilities.
Compensation & Structure
🔹 Rate: $50 - $100 USD per hour (Approx. €45 - €92/hr).
🔹 Format: 100% Remote, asynchronous independent contract.
🔹 Volume: This is a rapidly scaling project with massive immediate hiring needs.
Who We Are Looking For We are seeking individuals who blend creative storytelling with technical logic: ✔️ The Writers & Creators: Copywriters, UX writers, journalists, screenwriters, and narrative designers.
✔️ The World Builders: Game designers, simulation architects, and tabletop RPG creators.
✔️ The Coordinators: Technical PMs and producers who understand multi-stakeholder workflows.
Requirements: An undergraduate degree and 2+ years of professional experience. Exceptional written English is mandatory. Comfort with structured data tools (like JSON or Airtable) is a huge plus, but we provide onboarding guides for the right creative minds.
