For our client Sanoma, we are looking for an AI Process & Competency Analyst who can bridge the gap between business processes and AI-driven solutions.
About the role
In this role, you translate real operational workflows into actionable AI opportunities. You work closely with both business stakeholders and AI engineers, shaping solutions in short delivery cycles rather than handing over static briefs. You will play a key role in identifying where AI creates the most value across the organization.
What you’ll do
• Map processes, systems, data flows, and real-world workarounds across functions
• Identify opportunities for AI automation, augmentation, or optimization
• Collaborate closely with AI engineers to shape solutions during development
• Build and evolve AI roadmaps across different competency areas
• Support adoption: training users, gathering feedback, and improving solutions
• Facilitate workshops and engage stakeholders across all levels
What you bring
• Strong experience in process mapping (Lean, Six Sigma, BPMN or similar)
• Ability to translate business needs into technical specifications
• Experience assessing automation opportunities (AI, RPA, process optimization)
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Data-driven mindset and analytical thinking
• Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
Nice to have
• Background in consulting or transformation roles
• Experience with process mining tools (Celonis, UiPath, etc.)
• Familiarity with ERP environments (SAP, BW4/HANA)
• Experience with change management frameworks (ADKAR, Prosci)
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Miro
