We are seeking a driven Consultative AI Sales Professional to help DXC clients unlock measurable business value through AI/ML, Generative & Agentic AI platform and solutions. This role focuses on driving growth through net-new client acquisition and the expansion of AI-led work across existing client relationships, translating client needs into AI-enabled solutions
What You Will Do
Consultative Sales Execution
- Own the end-to-end sales lifecycle from prospecting through contract closure across net-new client pursuits and new opportunities within existing clients, including accurate close plans
- Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with prospective and existing clients to drive long-term growth
- Lead consultative sales cycles, clearly articulating the value of AI/ML, GenAI & Agentic AI platform and solutions to senior business and technology stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with delivery, solutioning, and pricing teams to shape competitive, differentiated proposals
- Maintain accurate pipelines, forecasts, and weekly reporting to meet or exceed sales targets in a transparent and predictable manner
Value Creation & Market Insight
- Stay current on industry trends, client challenges, and emerging AI capabilities
- Understand client priorities, challenges, and unmet needs to identify AI opportunities within existing accounts and net-new clients
- Tailor value propositions and position DXC’s AI offerings to address specific client needs and business objectives
- Translate market and industry insights into compelling, outcome-focused client conversations
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in AI, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
- Proven success selling IT services, SaaS, or complex technology solutions in a consultative sales environment
- Strong fluency in AI, ML, Generative & Agentic AI concepts (no coding required)
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Strong sales discipline with experience managing forecasts, pipelines, and performance against targets
