We’re hiring a hands-on Scrum Master to support a fast-growing Generative AI platform + enterprise use case team. This is a high-visibility role where you’ll help drive delivery across global teams and cutting-edge AI initiatives.
What you’ll do:
- Lead Scrum ceremonies (daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives)
- Drive delivery and keep teams focused on priorities
- Remove blockers and manage cross-team dependencies
- Partner with engineering, product, and business stakeholders
- Support distributed/offshore teams (India-based)
What we’re looking for:
- Strong Scrum Master experience (Scrum-focused, not Kanban-only)
- Hands-on with Jira and Agile delivery
- Experience working with offshore/distributed teams
- Excellent communication and ability to drive outcomes
- Exposure to AI/ML or Generative AI is a plus
