Position: Adult Basic Education, Adult Secondary Education, and English as a Second Language Instructors

Role Responsibilities
- Design and review scenario-based questions grounded in adult education and ESL instructional practice.
- Apply teaching expertise to evaluate accuracy, clarity, and pedagogical soundness of AI-generated content.
- Contribute domain knowledge to help train and assess advanced AI models used for educational reasoning.
- Review AI outputs to ensure alignment with real-world adult learning methodologies and instructional standards.
- Collaborate with researchers to refine prompts, datasets, and evaluation frameworks.
Requirements
- Strong professional experience in adult basic education, adult secondary education, or English as a Second Language instruction.
- Deep understanding of adult learning principles, curriculum design, and instructional assessment.
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to clearly explain instructional reasoning.
- Comfort working independently in a remote, asynchronous environment.
- Ability to apply professional judgment to abstract teaching scenarios and structured prompts.
