We’re looking for a Administrative Virtual Assistant with strong communication skills and attention to detail to support our members and daily operations in a fully remote environment.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage emails (Excellent grammar) and phone calls related to certification, membership, and general inquiries.
- Update website content, news, and event information.
- Assist with database maintenance and certification result distribution.
- Provide administrative support to staff and committees.
- Participate in regular virtual team meetings.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent English (written and spoken).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Gmail, and Zoom.
- 1-2 Years of Experience as a Virtual Assistant.
Preferred or Learnable Skills
- Experience with website CMS and CRM platforms.
- Prior experience in membership associations or nonprofits.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with volunteer leaders.
