We’re looking for a Administrative Virtual Assistant with strong communication skills and attention to detail to support our members and daily operations in a fully remote environment.


Main Responsibilities

  • Manage emails (Excellent grammar) and phone calls related to certification, membership, and general inquiries.
  • Update website content, news, and event information.
  • Assist with database maintenance and certification result distribution.
  • Provide administrative support to staff and committees.
  • Participate in regular virtual team meetings.


Required Qualifications

  • Excellent English (written and spoken).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Gmail, and Zoom.
  • 1-2 Years of Experience as a Virtual Assistant.


Preferred or Learnable Skills

  • Experience with website CMS and CRM platforms.
  • Prior experience in membership associations or nonprofits.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with volunteer leaders.
