Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a remote setting
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience handling confidential information with discretion
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team, including scheduling appointments, managing emails, and organizing documents
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for clients, including contracts, performance evaluations, and other essential documents

- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts and legal documents as needed
- Conduct research and compile relevant information to support various projects and initiatives
- Handle general office tasks such as answering phone calls, managing mail, and coordinating meetings
- Support management with special projects and other duties as assigned
- Competitive hourly salary ranging from $50 to $70, based on experience
- Full-time, remote work with flexible hours to promote work-life balance
- Paid training at $40 per hour, including a one-week paid training period
