Role Description

This is a contract-based, virtual role for an Administrative Officer. The Administrative Officer will manage and oversee general administrative tasks, ensure operational efficiency, provide support to the team, and maintain organized records. Responsibilities will include managing schedules, coordinating meetings, communicating with clients, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The role also involves addressing inquiries, delivering excellent customer service, and assisting with business tasks as needed.


Qualifications

  • Strong general administration and administrative skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • "Ownership" of assigned tasks until successful completion
  • "Can do" attitude - and the desire and ability to take the initiative to find solutions when stuck
  • Previous experience in an administrative or operational role
  • Demonstrated abilities in client service and interaction
  • Exceptional organization skills with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in using office software and organizational tools
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is advantageous
