📍 Location: Switzerland | 🕒 Full-time | Administration & Operations | On-site / Hybrid

We are looking for a proactive and organized Administrative Office Manager to oversee daily office operations and ensure a productive, well-coordinated work environment. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative experience, leadership qualities, and a solution-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day administrative and office operations
  • Supervise administrative staff and coordinate team workflows
  • Ensure smooth communication across departments and with external partners
  • Maintain office supplies, services, equipment, and vendor relationships
  • Oversee scheduling, travel planning, and internal event coordination
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and support HR or finance tasks as needed
  • Develop and implement office procedures to improve efficiency

Your Profile

  • 3–5 years of experience in office administration, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or management role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication skills and team leadership capabilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office and office management tools
  • Fluent in English; German and/or French is a strong asset
  • Professional, reliable, and solutions-focused
