We are looking for a proactive and organized Administrative Office Manager to oversee daily office operations and ensure a productive, well-coordinated work environment. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative experience, leadership qualities, and a solution-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day administrative and office operations
- Supervise administrative staff and coordinate team workflows
- Ensure smooth communication across departments and with external partners
- Maintain office supplies, services, equipment, and vendor relationships
- Oversee scheduling, travel planning, and internal event coordination
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and support HR or finance tasks as needed
- Develop and implement office procedures to improve efficiency
Your Profile
- 3–5 years of experience in office administration, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or management role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication skills and team leadership capabilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and office management tools
- Fluent in English; German and/or French is a strong asset
- Professional, reliable, and solutions-focused
