Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain organizational records and files electronically.
  • Process invoices, receipts, and other financial documents with accuracy.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and maintaining calendars.
  • Respond to administrative inquiries via email and phone in a timely manner.
  • Prepare reports and presentations as requested by management.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for team members when needed.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an administrative clerk or in a similar role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in performing administrative tasks.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a remote setting.
  • Familiarity with basic accounting principles and office management procedures.
