Springwell is seeking an experienced onsite Administrative Assistant to join our expanding Administrative Team. This role is vital in supporting the smooth operation of our organization by providing comprehensive administrative support to designated staff members. The Administrative Assistant will handle various clerical and administrative duties, ensuring that daily office functions are carried out efficiently and effectively. The position offers a competitive annual compensation of $50,000 and provides an opportunity to work in a collaborative environment dedicated to community service. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic work setting. This role also offers flexible work options after six months, including telecommuting and alternate start times, to promote work-life balance.

Qualifications
- Associates Degree or 2 years of administrative experience in an office setting (preferred)
- Previous experience in the human services or healthcare field (preferred)
- Ability to effectively prioritize responsibilities and maintain flexibility with assigned tasks
- A positive attitude and willingness to support others
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to produce high-quality work
- Proficiency in computer software applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and database management
- Perform administrative duties including data entry, mailing, faxing, phone calls, emails, scanning, copying, and filing
- Provide coverage for other administrative assistants and the receptionist as needed
- Support project-related activities such as compiling materials, data entry, and generating reports
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of supply rooms, meeting rooms, and common areas
- Assist with other office duties as requested by supervisors
- Coordinate schedules and appointments to ensure smooth daily operations
- Assist in preparing documents and correspondence for internal and external stakeholders
- Support team members with various administrative tasks to enhance overall office productivity
