On behalf of one of our clients, we are hiring a Remote Administrative Assistant / Customer Service Representative to support daily administrative tasks and provide customer service assistance within IT and Network Administration environments.
About the Role
In this role, you will work remotely from home, supporting administrative operations while acting as a customer service point of contact. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable communicating with customers in technical or IT-related contexts.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide remote administrative support to internal teams
- Handle customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone
- Assist with scheduling, documentation, and data entry
- Coordinate with IT and network administration teams when needed
- Maintain accurate records and customer information
- Follow up on customer requests and ensure timely resolution
- Support basic reporting and administrative processes
Experience & Requirements
- Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or Customer Service Representative
- Experience or exposure to IT & Network Administration environments
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Proficiency in basic computer tools and office software
