About the Role:
Our client is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Administrative Assistant to provide critical day-to-day support to their extended senior leadership team. This role requires a high level of discretion, strong judgment, and the ability to handle multiple priorities with poise. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver who takes initiative and can work cross-functionally to ensure the leaders they support are operating at maximum efficiency.
About the Work:
- Provide calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and organize materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and taking meeting minutes.
- Manage confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
- Support budget tracking, invoice processing, and expense reporting across departments.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects and track progress on departmental initiatives.
- Plan and execute team events, offsites, and internal meetings with cross-functional teams, as needed.
About You:
- 2-4 years of experience in an administrative or operations support role (tech industry experience is a plus).
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency with tools like Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, and travel booking platforms
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and a proactive, “no task too small” attitude.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities with grace and efficiency.
